ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents, particularly the 2nd respondent to take further action based on the complaint dated 20.07.2019 given by the petitioner to the respondents and to file a final report within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
