ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.04.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9575 of 2021, thereby directed the respondent to allow the claim made by the petitioner under the FPS and MEIS scheme. 2.

The learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the respondent submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 04.04.2024, the respondent filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.589 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an interim stay, by an order dated 28.02.2025.
