ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the Miscellaneous Petition No.101/2022/ Aa1 dated 23.04.2024 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kumaresan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The HR&CE Department has initiated proceedings under Section 78 of the HR&CE Act, which is pending before the second respondent. Since no final decision has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and considering the fact that the next date of hearing is posted on 19.09.2025, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petition pending in Miscellaneous Petition No.101/2022/ Aa1 dated 23.04.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned, and take a decision within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
