The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to record the 1st respondent in S.A.No.616 of 2015 as the Legal Representative of the deceased 3rd respondent.

2. Heard M/s.Zeenath Begum, learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents and she would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the proposed respondent has no objection in allowing this petition, CMP.No.26959 of 2024 in S.A.No.616 of 2015 is ordered as prayed for.
