ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner's representation has been considered in her favour and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:- " Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner representation has been considered in her favour and hence, the writ petition become infructuous and may be dismissed as infructuous." 2.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
