This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to run a spa. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receiving the application, the police has sought for certain documents for verification, which the petitioner has not submitted. 3.

In such circumstances it is the petitioner herein who is to comply with the requirements sought by the police. Only on such submission, there will be a complete permission for issuance of license and 2/4

without providing necessary documents, permission cannot be granted to run a spa.
