A.Nos.5198 and 5197 of 2022 are filed to re-open the evidence of P.W.1 in T.O.S. No.31 of 2013 and to re-call him to mark the documents, which are allowed to be received as per order passed in A.No.4483 of 2022 in T.O.S. No.31 of 2013.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing these applications.

3.In view of the fact that this Court had already allowed the reception of four documents, which are now sought to be marked through P.W.1, these applications are allowed.

4.The parties are directed to be present before the learned Additional Master No.2 on 06.12.2022. The learned Additional Master No.2 is directed to complete the recording of the evidence on the said date and send the matter back to this Court for arguments.
