O.A. No.700 of 2024 & A.No.5005 of 2024 in C.S. (Comm.Div.) No.180 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

Till date, counter has not been filed in O.A. No.700 of 2024 and A.No.5005 of 2024.

2.The applicant/plaintiff is having the benefit of an order of interim injunction as prayed for from 30.09.2024. This Court had granted the said interim order only after observing that the applicant/plaintiff has made out a prima facie case. Since the counter has not been filed till date, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 30.09.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, O.A. No.700 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

3.Insofar as A.No.5005 of 2024, which has been filed seeking to combine the cause of action, is concerned, this Court, after giving due consideration to the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the said application, is of the considered view that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant/plaintiff for combining the cause of action. Accordingly, A.No.5005 of 2024 is allowed as prayed. ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.
