C.M.P.No.19563 of 2022 in W.A.SR.No.94664 of 2021 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 234 days in re-presenting the writ appeal papers. Subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, the delay in re-presentation stands condoned.

Subject to the above compliance, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
