This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2019.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint is pending on the file of the second respondent. He further submitted that if the petitioner lodge her complaint before the Land Grabbing Cell, it may be considered.

3. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge fresh complaint before the Land Grabbing Cell and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in accordance with law.
