This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.403 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that that after completion of investigation final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in CC.No.163 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
