Application No.5058 of 2024 K.KUMARESH BABU, J The present application had been taken out by the applicant herein to seek extension of mandate for a further period of one month.

2. Heard Mr.K.Newlin Frederick, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Arul Mary, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to extend the mandate.

4. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a further period of three(3) months from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of three (3) months and the respective parties are also directed to cooperate with the learned Arbitrator.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
