The suit had been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the behest of the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 2.He would submit that there is no final decree in terms of the joint memo of compromise is required and requested this Court to withdraw the same and treat the suit dismissed as withdrawn.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the Registry is directed to delete the paragraph Nos.3 & 4 in the order dated 12.06.2023 and issue a fresh order copy.
