This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9422 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11909 of 2022 on 14.07.2022 to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
