ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose the representation made on 09.05.2024 by the petitioner.
2. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 8th respondent. In view of the Page No.2 of 6
consent expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 8th respondent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 1 to 7, notice to the respondents 1 to 7 is dispensed with.
4. The case of the petitioner is that, she made a representation before the respondents dated 09.05.2024 seeking to return a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- and compensation to the lose of the guarantor's life. Despite the service, the said representation was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this court for appropriate orders.
5. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court, issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this court. 6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2024, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
