This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the interim order dated 02.09.2024 passed by this Court in WMP.No.26691 of 2024 in WP.No.24409 of 2024, thereby the this Court had stayed the proceedings impugned in the writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the main writ petition itself was dismissed by this Court.
