This petition is filed to relax the condition No.3(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.599 of 2022 on 04.07.2022 on the petitioner, while enlarging him on bail, that he shall appear before the 2nd respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. On the earlier occasion also, on 08.03.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation for him.

3. Since there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel for two consecutive hearings, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
