The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to disburse the loan amount of Rs.5,00,000/- as per the petitioner's application No.6569 dated 12.07.2016 recommended by the General Manager, District Industrial Centre, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District under UYEGP (Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme) Scheme as per the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2017.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has completed B.Com. Graduation and searching employment and has registered his name in the Kanchipuram Employment Exchange. The petitioner's parents are doing silk sarees weaving work and since the petitioner is jobless he entered the silk sarees weaving work along with his parents. Whileso, the Government of India for the welfare of the unemployed youths introduced a Scheme called UYEGP (Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme) Scheme which has been implemented by the State Government of Tamil Nadu. 3.The further case of the petitioner is that on the basis of the said Scheme, the petitioner applied for a loan of Rs.5,00,000/- vide application No.6569 dated 12.07.
2016 and the said application along with the project report were scrutinized by the General Manager, District Industrial Centre, Kanchipuram and vide communication dated 08.09.2016 recommended for loan to the second respondent, however, the said application was returned along with concurrence from the controlling officer on the ground that the petitioner lacks experience and the project is not viable. Thereafter, the petitioner made representation to the District Collector, Kancheepuram District seeking to issue direction to the respondents to disburse the loan amount and since the same was not considered, has filed this writ petition. 4.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though initially, the petitioner's application was returned, thereafter the petitioner completed all the formalities and made representation dated 09.10.2017 to the District Collector, Kancheepuram District seeking to issue direction to the respondents to disburse the loan amount, hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2017. 5.

6.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
