The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no 7(ii) on the petitioners pending on the file of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12162 of 2024 in Crime No.161 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
