This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.19659 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition; he has one previous case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is complying the condition for another case without fail and at the same time he has to travel 60 Km to comply the condition that was imposed on 04.09.2024 and hence he is unable to comply the condition.

4. Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, that he is complying condition before the respondent police, thereby unable to comply before the learned Judicial Magistrate- I, Dharmapuri, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent policy daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
