2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner herein, submitted that, without prejudice to any of the allegations made in the impleading petition, the implead petition may be ordered, subject to the final outcome of the Writ Petition.

4. The proposed parties being proper and necessary parties to the Writ Petition, are to be impleaded as parties.

5. Hence, this implead petition is ordered as prayed for.
