Heard Mr. K.A.Mariappan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, Mr. T.Chezhian, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and Mr. P.Sesubalan Raja, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to initiate appropriate action on the representation dated 17.10.2022 made by the Petitioners for removal of the Third Respondent from the office of the President, Muttanchetty Panchayat for improper administration, who acted hand in glove with the then office bearers of the Erumapatti Block in swindling the public fund, within the time frame that may be fixed by the Court. 2/4

It has been brought to notice that the First Respondent by Order in Na. Ka. No. VooNi3/2342/2020 dated 30.11.2022 has disposed the said representation made by the Petitioners. In such circumstances, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioners, if they have any further grievance, from working out their rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
