PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings in respect of the charge memo No.TNPCB/Per/CS/03810/2015-2, dated 21.02.2015 issued to the petitioner and pass final orders on the same within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and to pass final orders. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation to the respondent on 17.08.2023.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to pass final orders with regard to the enquiry conducted based on the charge memo issued to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
