3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 126 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.25760 of 2023 is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 in the cause list.
