ORDER
When the writ petition was taken up, Mr.G.Masilamani, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent has fairly submitted that since the Vice Chancellor is the competent authority to pass the impugned order, the Registrar had issued the same giving rise to this challenge, hence the respondent has undertaken to withdraw the same and therefore nothing survives in the writ petition. Recording his statement, the writ petition is dismissed, as nothing survives for adjudication. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.7752 & 12536 of 2016 are also dismissed. No costs.
