Prayer in CRL.M.P.No.2495 of 2022:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 29.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.25877 of 2017. Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.25877 of 2017:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for records and quash the C.C.No.806 of 2017 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court-I (Metropolitan Magistrate Level), Allikulam, Chennai.

ORDER:- This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Sasikumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:- This Court passed common order dated 29.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.Nos.25876 & 25877 of 2017 and Crl.M.P.Nos.14922 to 14925 of 2017, granting two weeks time for executing surety in

C.C.Nos.805 & 806 of 2017.

2. The petitioners are unable to execute the surety within the stipulated period. Hence, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.2501 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25876 of 2017, seeking extension of time and the same was ordered. By oversight, he failed to file a petition in Crl.O.P.No.25877 of 2017. Now this petition in Crl.M.P.No.2495 of 2022 has been filed, seeking extension of time.

3. In view of the same, this Court grants two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute the sureties in C.C.No.806 of 2017.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
