Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to the order No.AE/O&M/T/PMP/F.DOC/D.080/2019-2020, dated 03.07.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue NOC to the petitioner as per law and consequently direct the respondents to issue the approval to the petitioner for the temporary/permanent electrical connection as sought for by the petitioner in his application dated 22.05.2019. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that the tower and electrical line erected by the Power Grid Corporation Ltd. is running across his land. Therefore, when he sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

electricity connection from TANGEDCO, they asked for NOC from the Power Grid Corporation Limited. The said communication of the TANGEDCO is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Instead of keeping this writ petition pending, it is suffice to direct the petitioner to approach the Power Grid Corporation Limited with all the relevant documents for getting NOC. On receipt of the request of the petitioner for issuing NOC, the Power Grid Corporation Limited shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of representation of the petitioner. If the Power Grid Corporation Limited issued NOC, the same shall be considered by the TANGEDCO for providing service connection to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
