ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2015 and change the name and date of birth of the petitioner in respect of X and XII mark sheets.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has completed X Std. in the year 2007 in the second respondent-School and received the mark sheet from the respondent-authorities on 31.05.2007, TMR.Code No.M049533 and Register No.899741. The
petitioner's date of birth was wrongly mentioned in his X mark sheet as 19.09.1990 instead of 19.09.1991 and his name was also wrongly mentioned as Anandaraj instead of Anandraj. It is further stated by the petitioner that he has completed XII Std. in the year 2009, Register No.477932 and TMR.Code.No.G416516, dated 14.05.2009 and received mark sheet from the respondentauthorities and his name was wrongly mentioned as Anandaraj instead of Anandraj. The petitioner sent a representation, dated 14.09.2015 to the respondent-authorities for changing the name and date of birth in his X and XII Std. mark sheets. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the above relief.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent for the above relief, by enclosing relevant documents in support of his claim, along with a copy of this order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner and after conducting enquiry and giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and necessary parties, pass appropriate orders and dispose of the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
5. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
