By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider her representation dated 09.09.2024 seeking issue of patta for her property comprised in Survey No.616/4C2 with an extent of 1657 sq.ft., in Plot No.8, Netaji Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
3. According to the petitioner, she purchased 2400 sq.ft., of land in Survey Nos.616/4C1 and 616/4C2 under a registered Document No.3810 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Ambattur. Later it was found by the petitioner that portion of the above mentioned property namely 1657 sq.ft., of land in Survey No.616/4C2 was covered by land ceiling 2/6
proceedings notification. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application on 08.04.2024 and paid necessary charges for regularisation of her land and re-classification of the same as Ryot Punja. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that Commissioner, Land Reforms/Director, Land Ceiling and Urban Tax, Chepauk, Chennai, in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Jo1/3169/2023, dated 06.05.2024 already passed necessary orders for regularisation of petitioner's land to the extent of 1657 sq.ft. Inspite of the same, the classification of the land has not been changed till date as Ryot Punja. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 09.09.2024 before the Official Respondents seeking regularisation of the land and reclassification of the same as Ryot Punja and issue of patta in the name of the petitioner and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2024 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim 3/6
made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2024 in the light of the order passed by the Commissioner, Land Reforms/Director, Land Ceiling and Urban Tax, Chepauk, Chennai, dated 06.05.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
