The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 154 Cr.P.C later altered into Section 363, 366 (A) of IPC r/w 5(1) & 6 of POCSO Act in Cr.No.766 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police.
