Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from letting out the Sewage Water into the property belonging to petitioner in S.Nos.37/1, 37/3, 37/4, 37/5, 2/2, 2/3, Jain Nagar, Santhavellore Village, Kanchipuram District.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 from letting out the sewage water into the property belonging to the petitioner in Survey Nos. 37/1, 37/3, 37/4, 37/5 , 2/2 and 2/3, Jain Nagar, Santhavellore Village, Kancheepuram District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents 3 and 4 as early as on 14.01.2016. However, the respondents have not considered the same yet. 3.Mr.S.V.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take necessary action in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2016 and take necessary action in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
