ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.198 of 2017, dated 01.07.2017 on the file of the Central Crime Branch - I, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the Special Court, CBCID, Chennai, but, the same is yet to be numbered and taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to number the final report within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
