The Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioners' Appeal dated 19.08.2023 for issuance of patta for the petitioner's property comprised in old survey No.82, new survey No.366/2, situated at Vembuli Amman Koil Street, Periya Nolambur

Village to an extent of 1395 and 1328 sq.ft. respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 19.08.2023 to set aside the order passed by the second respondent rejecting the issuance of patta to the petitioners for Grama Natham Land. Since the first respondent has not considered the same till date,they have filed the present petitions.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for by the petitioners in the writ petitions, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the appeals preferred by the petitioners in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties and also the authority concerned, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With abovesaid direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
