Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of D.DANIEL AMBROSE, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking stay of the decree and judgment. The prayer should be one for suspension of decree and not stay. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application.
