Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2015 by granting license to the petitioner to run a beaf stall at No.61/38, P.P. Petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondent Municipality to grant license for running a beef stall at No.61/38, P.P. Amman Koil Street, Pallavaram, Chennai600 043. Application is pending before the 2nd respondent and representations have been made by the petitioner to consider the application. However, no action has been initiated. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition.

2. Petitioner would submit that there are eight beef stalls in the same area and there is no impediment for the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application and the petitioner is also willing to comply with all the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2015, examine the same as regards the feasibility and thereafter pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
