O R D E R
This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38692/2016 dated 07.11.2016 has not been complied with.
2. This Court, while disposing the said Writ Petition has directed the first respondent therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. In this Contempt Petition, after notice a counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2016 was suitably replied on 07.11.2016. Learned counsel for the respondent has also produced a copy of the said communication.
3. When such being the factual position, it is for the petitioner to pursue the matter in a manner known to law by way of a separate proceedings, if he has any further grievance. Since, the respondent has already passed an order as directed by this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed, however by granting liberty to the
petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
