The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 448, 307 & 506(2) of IPC, 1860, read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, and Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.259 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Anticipatory bail had already been granted to the petitioner, but he failed to comply with the conditions imposed. Now, a second anticipatory bail petition has been filed stating that since the petitioner is residing in Qatar, he was unable to comply with the conditions imposed in the earlier anticipatory bail order.

3. This Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 01.09.2025 dna 2/4
