Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents jointly and severally to improve the Hostel facilities like Common Study Hall/Library, Hygienic Food and Water, clean surroundings, proper accommodation and to provide organically better atmosphere to the inmates in order to develop their educational skill to compete the other students with all aspects.

Learned counsel for the State submits that a reasonable period of time may be given for completion of such work.

We accordingly direct that the said work should be completed within three months from today.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
