PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus

directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection for the safety, security and protection to the lives and property of the petitioner, general public, management officials, staffs and other workers of the illegal acts of the delinquent members of the 4th respondent, their henchman, supporters.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection for the safety, security and protection to the lives and property of the petitioner, general public, management officials, staffs and other workers of the illegal acts of the delinquent members of the 4th respondent, their henchman, supporters.

2. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent would submit that after filing the writ petition, there is settlement between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is liberty to seek police protection on fresh cause of action.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
