This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1975 days in filing the written statement of the 2nd defendant in the above suit filed by the applicant/defendant.

Though the learned counsel for the respondents has not filed counter, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this court is inclined to allow this application on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the learned counsel for the plaintiff on or before 29.11.2023.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
