Heard Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged action of the Ward Counsellor in placing four huge garbage boxes in front of the property where the petitioner is stated to be carrying on construction activity. The petitioner would state that in spite of the representation given to the second respondent on 21.01.2016, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner in his representation, this Court directs the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if necessary call upon his officers to conduct an inspection and thereafter, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law so that the petitioner's right to free access to his property is not blocked. The above direction shall be complied with within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
