A.Nos.4949 & 4950 of 2024 & O.A. Nos.684 & 685 of 2024 in C.S. (Comm.Div.) No.178 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

An affidavit of service has been filed by the applicant dated 24.10.2024. As seen from the same, notice issued to the respondents 1 and 3 in the Interlocutory Applications has been duly served. The delivery reports have also been filed along with the Affidavit of service. Till date, no one has entered appearance in the Interlocutory Applications insofar as the respondents 1 and 3 are concerned. 2.In view of the same, the respondents 1 and 3 are set exparte in the Interlocutory Applications. The second respondent is represented by Mr.Thriyambak Kannan, learned counsel. He has no objection for making the modified order passed by this Court on 25.10.2024 absolute.

3.The applicant has made a statement in the applications filed in support of the Interlocutory Applications that the fourth respondent is a holding company of the third respondent. Notice sent to the fourth respondent in the Interlocutory Applications is yet to be served. Insofar as the respondents 5 and 6 are concerned, the applicant has effected Paper Publication and a separate Affidavit of service has been filed. 4.The said paper publication was effected pursuant to orders passed by this Court. Despite the same, no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondents 5 and 6 in these Interlocutory Applications. vga 5.The modified order passed by this Court dated 25.10.2024 shall stand extended until further orders. In view of the modified order passed by this Court on 25.10.2024, there is no requirement for this Court to pass any order in A.No.4950 of 2024. 6.Learned counsel for the applicant also agrees with the same. In the light of the modified order passed by this Court on 25.10.2024, A.No.4950 of 2024 is closed. 7.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit on instructions that the applicant is willing to disclose the URL of the Channel Posting Information of the applicant to the second respondent.

8.Learned counsel for the second respondent, on instructions would submit that once the said information is received, the second respondent shall provide all the information of the identifiers of the users account. Learned counsel for the second respondent is also agreeable to the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, A.No.4949 of 2024 is disposed of by recording the undertaking given by the second respondent. Once the URL is furnished by the applicant to the grievance officer of the second respondent, the second respondent shall provide the information of the identifiers of the users accounts to the applicant.
