With regrad to the office note in C.S.No.77/FDR/2022, these writ petitions were listed 'for clarification'.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the orders of this Court dated 16.06.2023, the petitioners filed writ appeals in WA Nos.1715 and 1716/2023, wherein, an order of stay has been granted vide order dated 14.07.2023.

3.When such being the position, at this juncture, it would not be appropriate for this Court to pass any orders. Registry shall await the outcome of the decision to be rendered in the writ appeals.
