This application has been filed to grant leave to the respondents under Order III Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules.

2. Heard Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned counsel for the applicant who seeks leave in respect of all the defendants on the ground that the agreement between the plaintiff and the 12th defendant was signed at Chennai and 13th defendant stood as a guarantor.

3. Leave is granted and this application stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order and post the suit today at 4.30 p.m.
