ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order of the second respondent dated 29.08.2024 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to recover the original documents Nos.2507 of 2006, 176 of 1997, 1006 of 1997, 1992 of 2007 and two original Registered Wills bearing documents Nos.4 of 2015 and 5 of 2015 from the fifth respondent and to hand over the same to the petitioner.

While pending the writ petition, the petitioner and the

respondents 4 & 5 had entered into a compromise and executed the compromise deed dated 27.10.2024. All the parties viz., the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 are present before this Court and gave consent to dispose the writ petition, as per the terms of the compromise deed dated 27.10.2024.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The compromise deed dated 27.10.2024 shall form part and parcel of the record.
