Crl.M.P.No.17395 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17395 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25336 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on her release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25336 of 2022 by order dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent are antagonized with her and there is an apprehension that she may be foisted in any other case. Thereby, she seeks for modification of the condition that to appear before the Avadi Police Station instead of appearing before the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection in modifying the condition.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25336 of 2022 by an order dated 01.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Avadi Police Station, Tamil Nadu daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
