This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records in C.C No.150 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track No.I, (Magisterial Level), Coimbatore and set aside the order dated 11.07.2017 in Crl.M.P No.7845 of 2017 and direct the learned Magistrate to recall PW1 for the purpose of cross examination.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main case itself has ended in conviction and the petitioner has already filed an appeal and the same is pending before the appellate Court.
