This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the first respondent dated 08.11.2004, calling upon the petitioner to explain as to why affiliation of the college https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

should not be withdrawn for failing to comply with the direction issued by letter dated 29.09.2004.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions, as he was unable to contact the petitioner, whereas, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to close the writ petition, recording the said submissions.
