J U D G M E N T

(made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The challenge in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is to the order dated 14 July 2017 in I.A.No.25 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur, granting interim maintenance to the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the parties produced a copy of the decree dated 9 July 2019 and submitted that in view of the decree granted by the Trial Court, dissolving the marriage between the parties, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.13402 of 2017 is closed.
