This petition is filed to condone the delay of 39 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore at Viruthachalam in S.C.No.193 of 2023 dated 28.03.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in condoning the delay.
